Getting Started
The Deep Void isn't for the weak and conquering its lands requires proper preparation.
One may access this forsaken place through many means. The easiest way is falling in the void, wether that'd be through the hole in the bedrock or the void in the End. Upon world generation, a structure will always spawn (unless otherwise) at 0, -64, 0 in the Overworld that contains that hole. Cracked bedrock can also generate to replace regular bedrock, which will crumbling upon walking on it. The abductor can also teleport you to the Deep Void (see Abductor).
Light is temporary in the Deep Void (see Light) and so it is advised to bring many light sources with you, like torches, to light your way through the dimension as you're not alone in this darkness (see The Stalker).
A lot of dangers await you in the Deep Void. When entering this dimension, it is recommended to have at least Diamond Armor and Diamond Tools & Weapons. Many creatures down here deal high amounts of damage and effects such as Rot (see Effects) will be the bane of your existence.
