Toggle cards have a small clickable area #1004

Hello!
We ran into a minor issue with this theme, because we have a page with a bunch of toggle cards. The problem is that the cards require quite precise mouse placement to toggle them. To illustrate, here is a screenshot:
The purple part is all not clickable and it would be great if it would be.
My suggested fix would be to remove the padding on the card and put it on the heading and body instead.
I hope I'm opening this issue in the right place. The Ghost interface says that we're using version 5.9.0 of this theme, but the latest version in this repo is 5.8.1. The tag does seem to be there, maybe just the GitHub release is missing?
