Tables 'flow' and 'flow_both' can only define connections and corresponding capacities that are unique to 'from_asset' and 'to_asset'. How can Tulipa deal with different types or technologies of transport between assets, that each have a unique capacity?

Motivation
In the context of the Tulipa/COMPETES integration, we're looking at the COMPETES input tables and see that there is a distinction between AC and DC cables between nodes, each with their own capacity and investment costs. Ideally, they would be included as separate entries in 'flow', with the same 'from_asset' and 'to_asset' but with their own capacities and investment costs.
I discussed this with Diego and there is a work-around we can use for now, but maybe nice to think about for the future!
