Tune and Finalize Constants/Parameters

Overview

As of Aug 2019, there are numerous constants listed in Constants_Aug_2019.m. These include mass, sail area, Centers of Effort, etc. We need to:

• Finalize the parameters that are set in stone already or we already have (eg. sail area)

• Make good approximations for others (mass, coefficients of effort)

• Tune force constants, like a_right, b_right, c_heel, d_yaw.

• Figure out a clear easy way to label which parameters are finalized, which are good estimates, and which are complete guessses
