Task #7: Building NLP Filtering

Acceptance Criteria

• Select NLP (based on project description, budget, etc.)
• Begin building entity_filtering.py using the NLP of choice. (Preferably use dummy data in the correct user data format.)
• Begin duplicate article detection and removal (from email draft site list) based on headlines (aggregator.py).
• Continue research on relevance scoring to improve accuracy of relevance scoring formula

PR Document: For each pull request, make sure to include the following information:

• The Github Issue this PR resolves
• What changes were made? (Which files were changed and why)
• How did you test your changes? (Video demonstrating the change <-- use loom)
