Description
As we go forward, it is expected that this package will be used for functions that take complete stream flow time series and related information and return summary or comparative statistics. In the past, it has been focused on USGS and National Water Census needs. While it may continue to contain convenience functions focused on the USGS and NWC, most functions should be agnostic to data source.
