Updating CCR setup to use `enhancetool`

Since Qwen3-Coder is the only open model on OpenRouter that has 200K+ context window at the moment, it would be great to have some of the parameters fixed as the default musistudio/claude-code-router#578 (comment)

The alternative is Qwen3 proper so I will need to set that up
