Feature summary
When using the driver on WSL2 special network-related measures have to be taken
Since there have been multiple issues about using the driver on WSL2 and most of them resolve by pointing towards UniversalRobots/Universal_Robots_ROS_Driver#486 (comment) I think we should add a section to our setup documentation about network setup in WSL2.
