Riptide works unusable.

Elytra with the trident enchantment on riptide(lvl 1 - 5 (lvl 4-5 custom)), works incorrect, traveling in the rain becomes impossible, as well as movement using water blocks. When moving underwater, only lvl 1-3 works.
