Description
If any source 1 game is played with vsync disabled on hardware at least the same as mine, the upper portion of the screen flickers. This may be noticeable in the main menu, but in some games won't really start flickering until windows start opening (e.g. option window). This also affects the shift+tab menu and gets very bad when windows open in that mode especially when the web browser is open and when websites are visited. The issue may appear to not occur (albeit small flickers in the upper portion of the screen if paying attention) if just entering a map, but movement will increase the severity. This issue couldn't be captured by steam screenshot or PrntScrn. This issue doesn't occur when the game is in windowed mode or in Linux. I haven't tested if this is an issue in CS:GO or TF2.
