NOTE: I have not tested this with other Source games. I have only tested this with the TF2 SRCDS. As such I will be labelling this as a TF2 issue for now unless it can be reproduced with another game's SRCDS.

Whenever a TF2 server performs a map transition, it will leak about 8mb of memory each time. This is reproducible on a completely unmodded server with no vscripts running. To reproduce, simply start up a server and change the map using the changelevel command. The jump in memory usage can then be observed after the server finishes the map transition.
