[Portal] Menu game title font is still too large after the recent update + Causes problems for some mods.

The recent update fixed some of the issues of the last one, however there are stil some problems. Mainly, the text on the menu with Portals title is still way too big than it was. It also seems that it affects mods and/or custom content that use custom .vtf based logos, causing them to fail to load and show as a small missing texture instead.

Update: Still broken after the recent patch. In fact, it's actually somehow even worse than last time for me.
