Steam Deck wont download games on beta

Whenever i attempt to download any game, it refuses to actually download and stays at 0bps

the download never starts no matter what i do. it doesnt matter if i invoke the left-side steam menu or not. it just refuses to download anything

yes, your issue description is slightly different but the fact you're using a Steam Controller or non-Deck handheld for glyphs made it worth mentioning regardless for tracking purposes

i want to add that resetting the steam deck does not fix this

I'd recommend testing the latest Steam Deck client beta, seems to fix the issue I was experiencing on my end
