Bug Description

Noticed it recently while playing BedWars, 99% sure it's this.
Breaking Endstone while being submerged in water mines the block too fast, causing weird lagbacks of the block on Hypixel.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Mine Endstone while being submerged in water
  2. Mine it too fast

Expected Behavior

  1. Mine Endstone while being submerged in water
  2. Mine it just right

@christopherplaysminecraft I am not able to reproduce this, can you maybe record a Video of it with latest ViaFabricPlus?

Will re-test and make a video soon.

Just remembered that the leather helmet in BedWars has Aqua Affinity on it though.
