1.7 Sneaking #883

Problem Description
I am used to the 1.7 animation, which is especially useful for speedbridging on Hypixel, personally. Now, I could use 1.13’s sneak animation, but it is a bit awkward to use that when on an 1.8 server.
Solution Description
I feel like it would be very helpful to add an option for 1.7’s sneaking animation, instead of needing mods like Animatium.
Alternatives
Animatium is a good alternative, but I believe that ViaFabricPlus, as a legacy project, should have this.
