hAImster integration, automated and improved shared data handling, galaxy parsing, new tools and a ton of bugfixes

Kinda bigger update, including

• hAImster integration (extra application not publicly available yet)
• fully automated shared data tool that will create the new files when needed, edit the config when needed so you don't have to care about it at all any more
• esm-taskprocessor to automate run-once tasks
• scenario-updates now also validate the new scenario before updating it to avoid broken savegames
• tool to trigger eah restarts
• territories for wipe-tool are now read directly from galaxy config
• cleaned up directory structure
• a ton of bugfixes
• ... more stuff i can't remember, see commit log here
