Admiral list not seen as updated upstream. Cloudflare Caching issue ?

for some reason the Admiral list is not being seen as updated upstream

tested on 2 separate piholes

if I put the admiral lists on my own server I do not see the issue

is it possible something on the cloudflare side is caching the list
