Hi Dominic, Thanks for the interest! Due to the space limitations on GitHub, we opted to deposit all of the data on this HuggingFace Dataset (https://huggingface.co/datasets/gelnesr/RelaxDB/tree/main). Everything including the AF2 pdbs should be there! Gina |
