[Feature] Automatic file reload on modification

What feature would you like to see?

Would be nice to enable automatic reload when the inspected file is modified.

How will this feature be useful to you and others?

There are certain use cases in embedded debugging where this would be very useful. For example, when an external script periodically dumps a certain SRAM region into a file, and ImHex automatically reloads it, allowing live inspection.
