What's the issue you encountered?
While the system file picker is open on gnome ImHex freezes and therefore fails mutter's alive check.
This makes mutter conciser the application frozen after some time and shows the "ImHex is not responding" dialogue.
How can the issue be reproduced?
Under a system with mutter+gnome, open ImHex and open a file using the file picker.
Wait approximately 5s (depending on your configuration, check using
gsettings get org.gnome.mutter check-alive-timeout. Default seems to be 5s on fedora).ImHex Version
