timepicker time is not same as actual time in database

hello, i have an issue about timepicker. this is the data that i uploaded in grafana in table form

And this is the timepicker panel that shows the time.

as you see, the timepicker panel shows date and time that is not same as data in table form. can you give me a guide to solve that problem?
