Build issues #1

First visual studio has an issue with
const uint64_t ACQUIRE_NEXT_IMAGE_TIMEOUT{ std::numeric_limits<uint64_t>::max() };

which i bypassed by having #define NOMINMAX at the top of the VulkanRenderer.cpp code.

However after this the build i create has issues detecting my GPU, which is RX 580, but your build included in the bin works so i have no idea whats causing it to not see.
