The game takes a bit of convincing to run, and then takes a bit of convincing to run in 32-bit color more (as it hard requires D32 support), however it seems to run just fine once that is worked around.

The only problem I could see was with the lens flare effects, which for some reason are not transparent, or are at least too opaque.
