Implementation of new Race
Possible Abilities
Ember Chain (Basic Attack Upgrade)
When your basic bolt hits an enemy, it splits into a smaller Flame Orb that seeks a second nearby target. Each split orb deals 100% → 75% → 50% damage (per bounce) and briefly ignites enemies, dealing a small damage-over-time effect.
Firestorm (Area Control Ability)
Conjure a swirling vortex of embers at a target location. Enemies inside take periodic fire damage and have their movement speed reduced by 20%. Lasts 4 seconds
Fire Shield (Defensive Ability)
Surround yourself with molten energy for 5 seconds. Absorb up to 25% of incoming damage; attackers take a burst of flame for 50% of the absorbed amount and are ignited, taking damage over 2 seconds. Movement speed reduced by 10% while active.
Phoenix Companion (Summon Ability)
Summon a spectral phoenix that hovers or is on the ground (idk what would be better) nearby for 12 seconds. It automatically attacks enemies within XYZ units every 2 seconds, dealing scaled fire damage. Multiple skill levels increase its health (so it could be destroyed), damage, and attack rate.
Blazing Dash (Mobility/Gap Closer)
Instantly dash up to xyz units in your movement direction, leaving a trail of heat that lasts 3 seconds. Enemies crossing the trail take minor fire damage and are slowed by 15% for 1.5 seconds. Low cooldown for repositioning.
Inferno (Ultimate Ability)
After a xyz second cast, you erupt in a xzy units radius of searing flames, dealing heavy instant fire damage, staggering/stun all enemies for 0.2 s, and applying a lingering burn for 2 seconds. Long cooldown (e.g., 60 s) but devastating in clustered fights.
