wis2box 0.5.1 released

This is the 0.5.1 working release of wis2box. This is a bugfix released; updates include:

• fix BUFR handling (Issue reported by Algeria: wis2box only read first message from ingested BUFR file #331)
• remove Elasticsearch security warnings (security features are not enabled. #317)
• fix topics for message publishing (data_id should not include in origin/ #338)
• improve data failure handling / message

I'm trying to install, configure and run wis2box 0.5.1 version.

I got an error when pulling mosquitto package:

python3.9 wis2box-ctl.py start

ERROR: for mosquitto  manifest unknown
ERROR: manifest unknown

It's ok after changing the mosquitto's image link in the docker-compose.yml

 mosquitto:

Now pulling mosquitto package is ok but I have a second blocking error when I do wis2box-ctl.py status

I can not continue to follow the configuration doc.
