Marine bulletin transmission to WIS2

Hello,

Currently we are generating Marine Bulletin for Met Area IX and transmitting to GTS in plain language which is updated at following link as soon we transmit to GTS.

I was also able to transmit it to our WIS2 Node but I am not sure either I used correct data type so please advise which pre defined data type I should use for this transmission and also is it ok to transmit this bulletin on WIS2 in plain language? My WIS2 Node is still in testing phase not publicly available yet.

Currently the topic is undefined for the Marine Bulletins so I've just opened a new issue here: wmo-im/wis2-topic-hierarchy#208.

Looking through the Manual on Marine Meteorological Services (WMO-No. 558), plain language is correct. We have work to do in the wis2box to support / add new data types and templates for these messages.
