This solves #6. The code I used was from https://github.com/IdentityServer/IdentityServer4/blob/main/src/IdentityServer4/host/Startup.cs#L43 and https://github.com/IdentityServer/IdentityServer4/blob/main/src/IdentityServer4/host/Extensions/SameSiteHandlingExtensions.cs

This allows Chrome browsers to use the Xero Sign In/Sign Up buttons. Without this PR, Chrome is not supported, but Edge works fine.
