Add link to ForceText.exe in README.md

This software helped me a lot but I had to find it in the issues sooo it would be a good idea to put in in the README in my opinion :)

This app is showing for me E_INVALIDARG : An invalid parameter was passed to the returning function
for every effect
I also tried using example code and I am getting the same error. Any idea where to look for the problem or how to fix it?
