Too many plugins causing the javascript to fire two times #75
Description
On my testserver I have very many plugins for testing purpose. After working through this list, the JS action seems to fire two times as the eventhandlers are applied two times and there are two export buttons at the end of the table.
This also leads to the table header not reverting the sorting.
