uneven group numbers

Hi I am trying to compare the longitudinal data from 6 time points from 4 groups of samples. But each group has different number of samples like 6, 6, 7 and 6. I am not sure how I can use metalonDA for this. Any help with code will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
