🐛 Bug Description

When a user clicks on any links in the footer (such as Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, etc.), the page scrolls to the bottom of the target section instead of the top, which results in a poor navigation experience and can be confusing to users.

📍 Steps to Reproduce

  1. Visit any page with a footer (e.g., Home)
  2. Scroll down to the footer section
  3. Click on any link like Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, etc.
  4. The page scrolls, but the linked section appears from the bottom, not the top

🤔 Expected Behavior

When a footer link is clicked, the page should scroll so that the top of the target section aligns with the viewport (not the bottom of the section).
