Show an image when sharing on social media

How do I pick an image for when I share a link to my site on social media (Bluesky etc.)? Right now no image comes up, even when my page has an image in it (for example, https://jaredjeya.github.io/publication/2025-04-18-HSF-origin-DFL-lattice-Schwinger-model). I can see there is an option in the config for "og_image" but I'm unsure how that works.

Elevated to issue #3097 since this seems like a useful thing to have in the template.

@jaredjeya So you should just have to add the relevant path to the image in _config.yml for og_image but that's going to apply site-wide. A more elegant version that allows things to change for most of the pages is in progress.
