That other service will be canopy, @tanishq-dubey said he was willing to work on it, so you guys may want to work together on this. @warut-vijit also expressed interest, but I think he is finishing some other stuff up before turning his attention to canopy |

docker eventscommand.I was thinking this could be used as an easy baseline monitoring system, in addition to another service that listens for the generated docker events. Intended to solve #12
This is still a WIP, since another service needs to be written, and I need to test this code.
