community page - uploading image for community is broken

the image is not uploaded after i select it and the selector is red (presumably an error somewhere)

i don't think netlify is set up to be able to store images, so we'd need to store these in an amazon s3 bucket or something (similar to acm portal does profile pics)

however i dont think we have time to do this before showcase so should we just disable that functionality?

#54 disabled image upload which is a band-aid solution, leaving this open for now because S3 buckets couldn't necessarily be implemented in time
