Hello, we are facing this issue since Runner image: https://github.com/actions/runner-images/releases/tag/ubuntu22%2F20240818.1, and we did not encountered this issue until https://github.com/actions/runner-images/releases/tag/ubuntu22%2F20240811.1.

Nothing has been changed in our secrets, nor GH user's PAT (which is active and not expired). Could someone please help with this as it is blocking our CI/CD builds. The error: Error: Bad credentials - https://docs.github.com/rest too is not very verbose (even after running the build with debug enabled).

We don't experience this issue anymore after regenerating a new PAT. Closing the issue.
