The self-hosted runner: xxx lost communication with the server

This issue: #2624 has been closed, but it hasn't been resolved and is happening semi regularly to other people. Can someone please reopen it

We're still often getting the same error. Could you please provide a way to troubleshoot or to gather logs?
We're running on Kubernetes (EKS) and we have no clue where to look at :/
