Issue Description:

Translate existing record to CSDGM leads to 'mdTranslator Server error: 500: undefined'

Steps to reproduce (Bug reports only):

1. Select existing record.
2. Select Translate
3. Choose FGDC CSDGM format
4. Click 'Translate'

Observed Results (Bug reports only):

mdTranslator Server error: 500: undefined

An error occurred during the translation. The incident has been logged. If the problem persists, please contact techincal support.
