populating pyadjoint parameters in the parameters.yaml file for different adjoint source types

If `preprocess: pyaflowa` is selected in the parameters.yaml file for configuration, then the parameters for `adj_src_type: cc_traveltime` are populated by default, but there is no functionality to automatically swap these with parameters for other `adj_src_type` options when a different `adj_src_type` is selected.
