Multi-Sample throws and crashes OTD daemon

Tablet keybinds don't work only when multi-sample is enabled

that isn't what actually happens. what happens is that it crashes the driver. i have a PR in the works for otd and there is another issue with the lib i am using

afaik the issue cannot be fixed as it is a limitation of the library i'm using. added new stuff to the plugin. will keep this open for tracking and i have disabled the plugin by default
