Results for the 2023 bakeoff are not complete.

• Upload missing estimators i.e. QUANT and H-IT
• Upload 142 datasets for best of class
• Update function
• Update text in published result notebook (the phrase "compared univariate classifiers on 112 UCR datasets" and following 2023 bake off section)

Hi, I'm interested in contributing to this issue, and I have a question about the process:
It seems like the results are stored on the website https://timeseriesclassification.com. And for tasks like "upload missing estimators/datasets", does this mean that only those with access to modify the website can complete these tasks?

Yes. If you want you can compile the results in the format used there, but one of the developers with access will have to upload it in the end. It really is something we should do as we have all the results, but just not found the time 🙂.

Perhaps it would be better to have the functions also download from another source if possible i.e. zenodo, but someone would have to set that up.
