[BUG] Scroll Not Working When Zoomed In (Requires Full Zoom Out to Scroll)

Hi @afreakyelf /Rajat.
First off, thank you for this library! 🙌 It’s the only actively maintained one I’ve found that handles the latest Google edge-to-edge issue (which has been a real pain 😅) and supports a 16 KB page size. Really appreciate your work on this!

That said, I’m running into an issue:
When zooming in and out of a PDF, the scroll functionality becomes unresponsive unless the zoom level is completely reset to the minimum (full zoom out). This makes it tricky to navigate the PDF when zoomed in.

Would you be able to suggest a patch or workaround? In the meantime, I’m trying to figure out a hotfix on my end.

🚶 Steps to Reproduce

Please follow these steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Load a PDF file.
2. Zoom in on the PDF using pinch-to-zoom or zoom controls.
3. Try scrolling up/down or sideways.
   Unexpected Behavior:
   PDF cannot be scrolled properly like it used to be scrolled when the pdf is zoomed out, scrolling only works properly when zoomed out fully.

🤔 Expected Behavior

The PDF should remain scrollable at any zoom level, allowing the user to navigate while zoomed in.

I was looking for this library as this was compose compatible, less famous library but it's a fork of the old library where 16kb was an issue so I found this safe to migrate. https://github.com/oothp/AndroidPdfViewer
