This PR enhances the PWA functionality with the following improvements:
1.Enabled Service Worker in standalone app mode for both mobile and desktop, utilizing Workbox caching strategies to improve loading and access performance.
2.Implemented dynamic meta tag adjustments on desktop to optimize the appearance in light mode.
3.During testing on iOS Safari by installing the app as a PWA in standalone mode via Cloudflare Tunnel, the Workbox caching strategy significantly improved mobile access speed.
