problem with vscode python

I have create a python file name 2.PY by error,it reminds me to use type .py,but when i change the file name to 2.py it still reminded the same warning

Can you tell me the exact error you are facing? I faced something similar few months ago and I had to make changes to the git configuration. I might be able to help you out.
