[ Feature request ] Please add run and compile & run two buttons

Sometimes I want to only execute c++ binary which is faster than compiling again then executing, I want to compile once and run multiple times without compiling again

I think this should be possible, cph saves the file when you press the run button. We can check if the file has any new changes before re-compiling. Might look into this over the weekend.

I found the same problem, so I wrote a new extension to solve it! You can try my CPH-NG (Marketplace, GitHub)! It calculates the hash of the current file and skip compiling when the hash matches!
