Chart v2 OIDC docs for preview only. DO NOT MERGE.
How
Updated the SSO section with updated steps and config for self-managed.
I did not make significant adjustments to Cloud steps. It sounds like that will be changing soon anyway, so I'll leave them alone for now.
This should be mostly good to go, pending approval, but may still warrant a quick final edit before we launch it.
