Spurious Results when using Ocean Wind as Phrase & And

When searching using the phrase "ocean wind" and also when using the And option, I get 124 results, many of these are spurious, including the following results:

Results for "Ocean Wind", whether it be as Phrase or using the And function, should provide similar results to the phrase "Wind".

For added clarification, this issue was identified on the mudrod-uat.jpl.nasa.gov interface. This issue is not present when using public-facing mudrod.jpl.nasa.gov interface.
