Description
Our documentation already has a toy example showcasing Bayesian calibration but using a simple simulation does not allow us to demonstrate the true advantages of having autodiff and gradient-based calibration methods like HMC. It would be good to find an example simulation that demonstrates the computational savings made by using a gradient-based emulator compared to a simulator for Bayesian calibration.
