This PR provides updated formatting on pages in the Tutorials tab. This is namely around the following factors: titles, media edits (e.g., video, image descriptions), callout components, custom CSS components.
There were also slight modifications to docs.yaml, namely to exclude a few sections from the Tutorials tab.
