Align Beacon methods with current topconfig.yml

Changes Made

• Removed deprecated method: /eth/v2/debug/beacon/states/{state_id}
• Added missing method: /eth/v1/validator/duties/attester/{epoch} for consistency with topconfig

Testing

• I have checked that the documentation builds correctly
