Should this be a browser extension?

This issue captures the discussion around whether this thing should be a browser extension instead.

Arguments FOR the browser extension:

• It's easier to install
• It doesn't depend on a third-party userscript manager which users also need to trust
• It looks more professional

Arguments AGAINST the browser extension:

• Userscripts are super easy to modify and hack on. Userscript managers -- with their built-in editors -- make it so that anyone can try a change directly from the browser without setting up a dev environment
• We would have to build an extension for multiple browsers, whereas the userscript manager does that for us
• We would have to publish the extension to each store (building+publishing takes work but could be automated with a GitHub Action)
• There hasn't been a feature yet that userscripts can't do where a browser extension can
• The userscript works (there is momentum in this direction)

I'm not against turning it into an extension, but I haven't heard an argument for doing it right now. I'm open to it!

I'm hoping this userscript will turn into a browser extension in 2023 😄

This should let us better isolate features in their own files, making the extension easier to understand, edit, and add to.

Planning on doing a lot of work with this extension along with @humberto-garza. If anyone else wants to help, let me know!
